as
an
agent
in
arranging
for
all
the
required
contracted
services.
After mutual agreement on a job quote, A&H, USA, Inv, Inc. will generate a contract form.
Deposits
and
paymentes:
Contracts
that
include
the
purchase
of
the
required
matterias
for
the
job,
require
of
an
initial
deposit
of
Sixty
per
cent
(60%)
of
the
total
agreed
price,
upon
signing
of
the
contract.
The
remaining
40
Percent
(40%)
is
required
on
the
date
the
job
is
completed.
A
minumum
down-payment
deposit
of
thirty
percent
(30%)
of
the
total
agreed
price,
is
required
for
jobs
that
do
not
include
the
purchase
of
the materials. The remaining seventy five percent (75%) balance is required on the the date the job is completed.
For
each
agreed
job
contract,
A&H,
USA,
Inv,
Inc.
(doing
business
as:
www.homerenovationusa.com)
we
will
show
the
client
a
list
of
all
the
required
materials
for
the
agreed
job
and
will
also
include
a
phisycal
sample,so
that
the
Client
can
make
an
educated
selection
of
each
of
the
materiasl to be used, based on quality and price.
Remarks:
All
sales
are
final
and
all
deposits
towards
each
agreed
job
are
non-refundable.
All
details
and
information
for
each
agreed
job
or
service,
will
be
included
in
the
corresponding
job
contract,
which
will
also
include
any
special
instructions
and
any
contract
adendums
(if
any). All disputes and any breach of contract by any of the parties, are to be executed in the State of Florida.
